    I could live on lemon curd! It’s super easy to make. Whisk together eggs, lemon juice, and honey. Then cook until thick. Here’s the recipe I used:http://www.thenourishinggourmet.com/2011/12/meyer-lemon-curd-honey-sweetened.html
